BPO-CALL CENTER AGENTS earn more than most of their peers in
other industries, but face higher health risk with abnormal sleeping habits and habitual drinking activities.

A study from the University of the Philippines Population Institute (UPPI) reveals that on average, BPO-call center workers get 6.2 hours of sleep per day. These young workers are regular coffee drinkers more than 2 cups daily. They also drink soda and energy drinks daily, with an average of 1.5 bottles per day. They have high level consumption of chips, burgers, fries and fried chicken. More female BPO-call center workers skip meals. Majority consume 1-2 cigarette sticks during office breaks and regularly consume alcohol.

- Sleep is the only way for the body to re-energize and recuperate.
- Learn to relax when under stress. Take quick stretch breaks.
- Find time to exercise.Sweat those excess fats out of your body.
- Balanced Meals – that is the key to optimum health.
- Take the right supplements! I am a fan of HCI CMD, CBF and SJ5 for energy, vitality and over-all health.
